"We called APACC and we’re glad we did! Our air went out in mid august. We were hoping to make it through the summer so we would not be at the mercy of any a/c company. My wife got on line and found APACC so we gave a call to the number listed on the website. We were talking to an APACC contractor in minutes and our APACC tech, Mike, was at our front door within the hour. Mike was very courteous and very professional from his truck to his appearance. He quickly had the problem identified but it was 9 pm and our compressor was burned up. Mike saw the situation for what it was and gave us sound advice on a plan that would have our air running with a new TRANE heat pump that could take the place of our old Goettl. He put our evap cooler on line to get us through the night and with a few key phone calls, our new unit was running by 1:00 p.m. the next day. Our experience with APACC was great. Over the next few days I called several other contractors and got estimates over the phone based on the job Mike had put in for us including all the new components like the stat, electrical fuse box, and sheet metal elbow. My sister used the APACC guys and told me to do the same as they installed a new water heater for her for just over half the price of the other contractors she got estimates from. She was right! The APACC contractor I dealt with not only fixed my clogged sewage line but also made an adjustment to the toilet to stop it from wasting water with no additional charge. I liked how they charge by the job instead of by the hour. My service man did not mind answering questions that I had about the dishwasher and garbage disposal and even gave me some do-it-yourself tips."
